How can you achieve the best return on your land position? What best suits your ambition? What best suits the location? Transformation or new construction? The quick scan helps you map out the most successful course for the project.
For the quick scan we study structural plans, zoning plans and area visions. We do cadastral research and a bit of market research for that specific location. We approach a location integrally, and also look at possible expansion possibilities, for example.

Voor buitenstaanders lijkt ons werk vooral te gaan om belangen, geld en stenen. Maar in wezen gaat ons werk over mensen. Over het mooier maken van het leven van mensen door veilige plekken te creëren waar het prettig verblijven is. Het gaat om die aantrekkelijke locatie waar je zo mooi kunt wonen, die prettige werkplek die zo goed bereikbaar is, om die bijzondere horeca-gelegenheid waar je zo lekker kunt eten. Dat is mijn motivatie, dat is waar ik het voor doe.
